A respectful pedagogy for successful learning
The methods I use are adapted to the character and the dog’s mood to help him assimilate the session in a smooth and respectful way.
It is possible to educate your dog with gentle but efficient methods.
A dog training session is not dressage, I’m not making a circus dog of him. It is a moment of communication, of sharing with your dog. You will teach him how to know you and reciprocally! In this way, a bond of trust and complicity will develop between you and your dog. I will simply be there to guide you and explain his reactions.

During the first session, I will carry out a behavioral assessment of your dog. Then I will suggest some goals to set, and we will determine the number of sessions needed to achieve them.
A typical session lasts about an hour. I adapt to your dog’s temperament, and we will progress at his own pace, so that he becomes an active participant in his training.
During the session, I will show you the gestures and help you do them with your dog, while guiding you. The duration of the work depends on the dog’s abilities, which can evolve from one day to another.
The entire family is welcome to take part in our training sessions because it is important that everybody understand their new companion! At the end of the session, I will give you some training exercises to do next time, so you can practice at home.

What a Doggy is a structure that believes in the dog-human-trainer triangle. Here, there is no hierarchy, no master superior to the dog. There are the rules that the dog must know and apply, but also the character of the animal that the human must understand. This mutual respect is the basis of my work.
